The wide door and deep chamber of the Mil-tek 2306 baler means large volumes of cardboard can be baled without the need for breaking down or flat packing. Plastic packaging stored in Mil-tek plastic bag stands can be placed directly into the baler saving time and therefore cost when dealing with packaging waste.

The Mil-tek 2306 is a medium to large sized baler that can fit into most locations. The deep pressing chamber and the wide door opening make the Mil-tek 2306 an ideal solution for companies and organisations with medium-to-large amounts of waste but with a limited amount of floor space. The 2306 baler is ideal for loading whole cardboard boxes, eliminating the need for flat packing and regular trips to outside bins/skips.

The cardboard bales from the baler fit perfectly onto a standard pallet, making them easy to store and transport. Miltek machines are designed so that almost anyone can operate them: You simply put in your material, close the door, pull the handle and let the machine do the real work. Mil-tek machines have an extremely fast pressing cycle of between 10-20 seconds. The Mil-tek 2306 is powered by compressed air, either directly from an existing air-line or from a compressor supplied by Mil-tek. This means that the Mil-tek 2306 is free of both electrical and hydraulic components, minimizing the risk of fire and completely eliminating the risk of oil contamination.An automated bale-out function makes it fast, safe and easy to empty the baler.
